Join park staff for a Discovery Drop-in during the months of July & August. Bring along your Discovery Activity Book (or pick one up at the Drop-in), and use the equipment and materials provided to explore the park, observe plants and animals, and discover the wonders of nature. Be sure to share your observations with park staff, take the Discovery Ranger Pledge and receive your very own Discover Ranger Button! Ontario’s Provincial Parks play a vital role in the protection of our natural environment, but did you know that spending time in nature is good for your health too? Join us for our annual Healthy Parks Healthy People celebration on the third Friday in July, to learn about and celebrate the link between healthy parks and healthy people. During this event there will be no charge for day use entry to any provincial park in Ontario.
We invite you to enjoy a hike, picnic, swim or just lounge under the shade of a tree. Recharge. Rejuvenate. Reconnect.
