Rondeau Provincial Park is an amazing place to take in all the wonders of migration as thousands of ducks, geese and swans move through the area. 

The Visitor Centre will be open daily during March Break (March 14 - 22) from 10:00am to 4:00pm. 

Saturday, March 14th - drop by anytime between 10:00am and 4:00pm to dissect your own owl pellet. What will you discover inside?

Sunday, March 15th @ 1:00pm - come warm up with a hot chocolate while enjoying a matinee movie, PBS Nature's 'A DUCK-umentary' 

Wednesday, March 18th @ 11:00am 'Custom Family Tree Handprint Sign' - Pre-registration required! Bring along some marshmallows to roast over the campfire      while you wait for your sign to dry! Call the Visitor Centre at 519-674-1768 to register!

Saturday, March 21st @ 1:00pm 'Herb Snake - Traditional Dancer and Storyteller' - Come meet our friend Herb Snake and learn the meaning behind some traditional dances. You will even get to try out a few steps!

Sunday, March 22nd - drop by anytime between 10:00am and 4:00pm to build your very own birdhouse - right in time for spring! (while supplies last)

Festival of Flight May 1, 2020 May 17, 2020 Rondeau Provincial Park

The songbirds are on the move and Rondeau is once again filled with bursts of colour and song! Be sure to drop by the Visitor Centre for the most recent sightings and grab a bite to eat and a hot coffee at the Birder's Breakfast and Lunch put on by the Friends of Rondeau. The Visitor Centre will be open daily from 7:00am - 5:00pm from May 1st - 17th.

Stop by the Visitor Centre or call 519-674-1768 for more information or to pre-register.  Hikes typically last 1.5 – 2 hours. Beginner, intermediate and advanced birders are welcome!

Rondeau loves REPTILES! Come show your love for our scaly friends at this fun-filled event! Meet with Rondeau’s research teams and learn how they are helping us protect our reptiles! There will be a guided hike, children’s programs and a live reptile show by Sciensational Snakes at 11:30am!
