Tuna Chili

Ingredients:

  • kidney beans (2 cans)
  • flaked tuna (2 cans)
  • tomatoes (1 can)
  • frozen peas (1/2 cup)
  • frozen corn (1/2 cup)
  • spices
  • cayenne pepper (1 teaspoon)
  • salt (to taste)
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves

Directions:

  1. fry the onion and garlic in oil in a pan
  2. add tomatoes, spices, cayenne pepper and salt
  3. after 2 minutes add tuna and sauté for 3 minutes
  4. add kidney beans, peas and corn
  5. add water and boil for 2 minutes
