- Eggplant, sliced horizontally
- Garlic spread
- Salt & pepper
Directions:
- Marinade eggplant in garlic spread
- Roast eggplant over the campfire/stove until golden brown
- Sprinkle with salt & pepper

- Serve with rice or on a sandwich
