Park Amassador Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken drumsticks
  • Tomato Puree (1 Tbsp for each drumstick)
  • Salt, pepper, chili flakes, parsley to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Sauté the drumsticks in oil
  2. Add the spices to the tomato puree and heat
  3. Add sauce to drumsticks, stirring occasionally, until finished cooking.

Tips:

  • Chicken can be cooked ahead of time at home
  • Drumsticks will cook faster if you add a spoonful of water and cover the pan with a lid
