Muffin Orange

Ingredients
- 1 medium/large orange
- Pre-made muffin batter, ready to be baked
- Aluminum foil
Directions:
- Cut a circle in the top of the orange, as if you were carving a pumpkin
- Scoop out the insides of the orange carefully with a spoon, ensuring you don’t pierce the skin from the inside
- Fill approximately 2/3 of the orange with batter
- Replace the top of the orange, wrap in aluminum foil and place in the coals of the fire until cooked
Tips:
- Turn regularly with sticks or tongs, checking frequently to ensure that the muffin doesn’t burn
