Crepes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ c. milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • Favourite toppings
  • Extra butter to cook with

Directions:

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients
  2. Melt butter in the pan
  3. Pour batter into the pan to desired crepe size
  4. Flip once, until lightly browned on each side

Tips:

  • The crepes will need to be flipped when a number of bubbles have formed on the top of the crepes
  • You can prepare the crepe batter ahead of time at home
  • Don’t forget the maple syrup!
