Materials for the construction and maintenance of new, expanded or replacement cottage lot structures (i.e., cottages, sleep cabins and ancillary structures), sewage systems, water units and other on-land structures outside of the cottage lot may not utilize pressure treated materials unless otherwise approved by MNRF (i.e., to comply with the Building Code).
