The exterior of all cottage lot structures (i.e., cottages, sleep cabins and ancillary structures), sewage systems, water units and other on-land structures outside of the cottage lot (as applicable) must be painted, sided, roofed, shingled, etc., in a neutral earth tone colour (i.e., brown, green, grey) that blends in with the surrounding landscape. Existing structures of non-compatible color must be brought into conformity with this requirement at the time of re-shingling, re-siding, re-painting etc.
