Camping
Sandbanks features 549 campsites in five campgrounds. There are 140 campsites with electrical service, and each campsite has a picnic table and fireplace grill. Drinking water taps are close to all sites. Washrooms with showers are scattered throughout the campgrounds.

Group Camping
There are two group sites. One site accommodates up to 30 people and has outhouses, a fire grill and pit, water tap, 6 picnic tables and overflow parking. The site is in close proximity to a sandy beach on East Lake. The second site can accommodate up to 50 people and has outhouses, a water tap, 11 picnic tables and a fire grill and pit. The site is right near the water, making for beautiful scenery. Reservations can be made by calling the park directly at (613) 393-3319.

Picnics and Day Use
Picnic at the day-use areas at Dunes Beach, Sandbanks Beach, Lakeshore Lodge and Outlet Beach. Dunes day use area has picnic shelters. Only the group picnic shelter offers barbeque. No flush toilet at Sandbanks beach and Lakeshore Lodge day use areas.

Electric Sites - 140

Visitor Centre
The Nature Shoppe, operated by the Friends of Sandbanks Park, is open daily throughout the summer. It sells souvenirs, clothing, books and toys and is located within the Visitor Centre.

Barrier Free Access - Showers, flush toilets

Campsites 177 and 631 have been equipped with a wheelchair accessible picnic table and flat gravel pad. A pathway connects these sites to the nearest comfort station.

Park Store
The Park Store sells camping supplies and souvenirs. A restaurant serves breakfast, light meals and fast food.

Laundromat
Yes, in the comfort station in Outlet River Campground A and Woodlands Campground

Play Area - Yes, in Dunes Beach day-use area

Rentals - Canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, and bicycles.

Personal Floatation Devices (PFDs) are available at the Wood Yard and Boat Rental Facility. For a $25 refundable deposit, you can borrow a properly fitted PFD for you and your children.
