We all want to get out and experience the natural wonder Ontario has to offer, but sometimes organizing your own trip can seem a bit daunting.
That’s where The Trip Shed comes in!
What they’re about
The Trip Shed stands for one thing above all else: sparking and stoking the fire of natural connection (and having the best possible time while you’re at it!).
There are endless benefits to slowing down and unplugging, and The Trip Shed wants to share them with as many people as they can. They stand for protecting these natural spaces that have taught us so much, so that they can continue to teach others.
The Trip Shed is committed to connecting these places to people who would otherwise never have a chance to see the magic with their own eyes. Supporting other environmental stewards wherever they can, The Trip Shed ensures a portion of all revenue goes towards initiatives that work to protect our wild spaces.
Outdoors for all
The Trip Shed provides the tools, knowledge and supplies for a premium wilderness experience, offering a range of packages from Lightweight to Ultimate Canoe Trips. They also offer full outfitting for any trip you can think up, day hikes, food options, and full trip planning for you and your crew!
If you’re a first-timer, the Add a Guide feature allows you to expand your wilderness education, while providing the comfort of a knowledgeable guide.
Be sure to check out their Upcoming Events for some sweet day hikes.
1% for the parks
The Trip Shed believes strongly in protecting the places we play.
This year, they are donating 1% of all their profits directly to Ontario Parks to ensure they will be there for us and others to enjoy for years to come.
Ontario Parks is grateful for their generous support.
Contest alert!
The Trip Shed is giving away an Ontario Parks summer day use permit!
To enter, post a picture of yourself exploring an Ontario Park and follow/tag @TheTripShed and @OntarioParks on Instagram. The contest closes on July 15, 2019.
Meet Aaron and Alexander
Brothers Aaron and Alexander Savatti were born and raised in Toronto, finding wonder in local parks at every free moment. They share over twenty-five years of wilderness guiding experience and have made it their mission to share that love for all things nature with others.
Though born in the city, they were raised in the bush, spending their formative years canoe tripping through Algonquin Provincial Park, Killarney Provincial Park, and Temagami River Provincial Park to name a few.
Ontario Parks have always held an incredibly special place their hearts for as long as they can remember.
Whether it has been through a moonlit paddle across a silent lake, portaging a trail on a hot summer day, or just chatting with staff at one of the parks, Aaron and Alexander recognize and appreciate all the incredible work being done by Ontario Parks that helps deliver these incredible experiences.
