This summer, a number of Ontario Parks will be distributing sample cans of Bush’s Beans to campers! And this year, we’re going maple style.

- Sauble Falls Provincial Park
- Sibbald Point Provincial Park
One sample can for each visiting vehicle. Sample cans will be available as long as supplies last!

Bush’s Breakfast Egg and Bean Burritos
Recipe Details:
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 5 minutes
- Total Time: 10 minutes
- Servings: 6
Ingredients:
- 1 can () BUSH’S Maple Style Baked Beans, warmed
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp of butter
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- ¼ cup chopped green onion
- 6 () flour tortillas, warmed
- Optional: Shredded cheddar cheese
- Salsa or ketchup
Preparation:
- Heat butter in non-stick skillet until sizzling. Season eggs with salt and pepper. Add to skillet. Sprinkle with bacon and onions. Cook until eggs are done, stirring occasionally
- Divide egg mixture into 6 parts. Spoon egg mixture and about 1/4 cup beans into warmed tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with salsa, if desired. Wrap tortillas
Bush’s Mini Frank & Bean Wraps
Recipe Details:
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 25 minutes
- Servings: 10
Ingredients:
- 1 can BUSH’S® Maple Style Baked Beans
- 1 package miniature smoked sausage links (approximately 30 sausages)
- 5 flour tortillas
- Shredder cheddar cheese
Preparation:
- Place sausages and beans in medium saucepan
- Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat
- Meanwhile, using 3- round biscuit or cookie cutter, cut each tortilla into 8 small rounds. Using slotted spoon, place 1 sausage in each tortilla and top with 1 tablespoon beans. Add cheese, if desired
- Fold like a taco and secure top (through tortilla and sausage) with toothpick. And serve (remove toothpick before eating)
TIP: Cut remaining tortilla scraps into strips, spray with cooking spray and bake 6-8 minutes in oven. Then use to top bowls of tortilla soup or chili
