Ontario Parks Open For The 2011 Camping Season

Most Ontario Parks in southern Ontario open on May 13 and the majority of northern parks open on May 20.

We would like to remind campers that Friday, May 13, marks the beginning of an 11-day ban on the possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages in selected provincial parks.

If you possess or consume alcohol during this time, you can be charged under the Liquor Licence Act. The May 13 to 23, 2011 alcohol ban is in effect at the following 44 provincial parks:
