Help us welcome new Canadians!

On Wednesday, May 10th 2006, Bronte Creek Provincial Park will be the host for ceremonies welcoming new Canadians into the broader Canadian family.
As many as 30 people will be taking their Oath of Canadian Citizenship. The ceremony is a reminder of the rich cultures, ethnic diversity and languages that define us as a nation.

For some, who may have overcome barriers or obstacles along the way, Canadian Citizenship is the realization of a dream. It will guarantee them certain rights, including the right to vote and to enter and leave Canada freely.

The ceremonies will take place at Bronte Creek Provincial Park‘s Breckon Shelter near Parking Lot F at 1:00pm. Please join the celebration!
