A very special treat awaits you and your family this December and January! Take a step back in time to the year 1900 to visit a Victorian farmhouse during the Christmas holiday season.

Experience the Christmas season like never before!

Spruce Lane Farm at Bronte Creek Provincial Park will be trimmed and decorated in all its seasonal splendour.

Wander at your leisure around the rustic barns of Spruce Lane Farm where you will find a variety of farm animals and just the right setting for a family photo.

Your Victorian Christmas experience may include traditional Christmas games and activities, tours of the elegantly decorated Spruce Lane Farmhouse, and seasonal stories and carols in the parlour.

What’s included in my visit?

Access to Victorian Christmas attractions are included in our regular day use rate ($18.00 per vehicle). Refreshments if available, will be at a nominal charge.

The experience includes:

  • tours of lavishly decorated farmhouse
  • holiday traditions revealed during tour
  • traditional activities and games
  • heritage crafts
  • holiday stories and songs in the parlour (twice daily)
  • seasonal treats and drinks*
  • Friends of Bronte Creek Gift Shop – handmade items

Other park services and activities are also included and available during December, including hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, tobogganing, children’s farm, and playbarn.
