What You'll Like:
As in many areas of the province, the early Precambrian bedrock here has been dramatically transformed through glaciation. An outwash plain and so-called “mega ripples” are the result of the former Lake Sultan and a former glacial meltwater spillway. Bedrock knolls support communities of jack pine and white birch. Park Facilities and Activities Park facilities include a hiking trail, scenic outlook, parking lot and toilets.
