Grills are simple to use and allow you to cook more food at once than roasting. Grills over a campfire are used in the same way as ordinary charcoal barbeque. Food left alone may catch fire so it requires constant attention -- but the results are well worth it. Hand-held grills may be used for warming food, grilling burgers or even making toast!
Pro Tip: On a BBQ fork, skewer a half an onion rubbed with oil. Rub the hot grill vigorously with the onion. This will not only clean your grill, but prep it so your food doesn’t stick!
