Ontario Parks is pleased to offer Ontario Public libraries or institutions access to day use permits to be used as part of non-traditional circulating library collections.

Please note: all institutions taking part in the program will be required to complete a simple online form at the end of the loaning period (e.g., when the provided permit expires).

This report will include aggregate statistics for all participating branches within the institutions and include:

• total number of commercial day use permits in circulation
• total number of loans completed
• the number of people on a waiting list for next year.

The 2024 reporting window will open in January 2025. Institutions will receive an email from Ontario Parks notifying them when the portal is available. Please be aware that institutions must reapply annually to continue their participation in this program.
