Cottagers located on the same lake or within close proximity of each other are encouraged to partner with other cottagers to contract a surveyor to survey multiple parcels (cottage lots) at the same time. Having multiple parcels surveyed at once and combined into one Crown Land Reference Plan may substantially reduce the cost to individual cottagers.
Please note that individual Surveyors Real Property Reports are required for each cottage lot.
