Join fellow photographers on Saturday, August 14, 2010 (9 a.m. – 5 p.m.) at Sleeping Giant Provincial Park to learn tips and techniques on how to capture landscape images like they are right out of a magazine!
This workshop featuring local photographer Barry Wojciechowski, LPPO/ PPOC promises to be just as popular as the previous sessions. And the good news is – there is still time to join in! Although some people have signed up for all workshops; it is possible to attend just this one workshop to help improve your overall photography skills.
Topics for this workshop include landscape composition, white balance, the histogram and being ready for the shot. As a special feature, this workshop will also include a guided photo hike (1 km) to the “Sea Lion” to practice your photo skills. These hands-on sessions are definitely the most popular parts, with Barry providing personalized feedback for both 35mm DSLRs and point & shoot camera users.
So sign up today to get snapping! For full workshop details, online registration and cancellation policy visit www.superiorvisits.com. Cost for this full day workshop is $49.00 + tax. Park fees apply.
Also watch for our “Fall Colours” Giant Digital Photography Weekend Workshop, September 17 — 19, 2010 (Fri. 4 p.m. – Sun. 4 p.m.)
The fall workshop is $399.00 + tax and includes shared accommodation in one of the park’s cabins, park entry fee and Friday night welcome barbeque.
