Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup September 15, 2018 September 15, 2018 In 2018, we will be celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup in Canada. You can make a world of a difference by joining Canadians from coast to coast to coast to clean up shoreline litter. Meet at the Pinery Visitor Centre to start the day, where gloves and garbage bags will be provided. Dress appropriately for the weather, wear sunscreen, and consider wearing insect repellent to combat biting flies. Please pre-register by calling 519 243 8574. Visit for more details.  For high school aged students, this is a great way to work towards completing your community service hours and for everyone else, this is a great way to give back to the park and ensure our shorelines are kept devoid of human litter.
