Zucchini Persian Kookoo

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini (grated)
  • Mushroom (chopped)
  • Eggs Dill (dried)
  • Spices (salt, pepper, tumeric powder, your choice!)

Directions:

  1. Grate zucchini and chop up mushrooms
  2. Mix in egg and spices
  3. Pour a little oil on a frying pan and heat up
  4. Pour the mixture and fry on one side, flip and fry the other side
