Chicken with Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless chicken, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil or Butter
  • 1 large tomato, cubed
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp. red chili powder
  • 2 large mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • Chili peppers

Directions:

  1. Pour oil in large pan. Fry chicken until golden brown. Remove chicken from heat.
  2. Add tomatoes and mushrooms to pan. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add chicken, red chili peppers and salt to pan. Simmer for 5 more minutes.

Tips:

  • Serve with your favorite rice or pasta
