Chicken with Tomatoes

- 1 lb. boneless chicken, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. Oil or Butter
- 1 large tomato, cubed
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp. red chili powder
- 2 large mushrooms, thinly sliced
- Chili peppers
- Pour oil in large pan. Fry chicken until golden brown. Remove chicken from heat.
- Add tomatoes and mushrooms to pan. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken, red chili peppers and salt to pan. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
- Serve with your favorite rice or pasta
