Natural Features
Bedrock knolls and ridges, sedimentary deposits, and wave-washed
bedrock are calling cards of the postglacial Lake Agassiz that once
covered this area. This rugged tract of land, which surrounds Winnange
Lake, also features many ponds and swamps, and a 500-metre-long
sand beach.
