Thank you for your interest in the review of Ontario’s Parks and Protected Areas legislation.  The deadline for comments was midnight November 9, 2004.   We are analysing the submissions received through the mail or online via the Ontario Parks and MNR websites, through the Environmental Bill of Rights Registry, and from the nine public open houses held during September and October. The Ministry of Natural Resources will provide a report of this analysis to the Ontario Parks Advisory Board and to the Minister of Natural Resources. Independent recommendations will be presented by the Ontario Parks Advisory Board directly to the Minister of Natural Resources prior to the drafting of new legislation
