Picnics and Day Use
Wasaga Beach is a day use park and many visitors come for the exceptional beaches. The park has eight beach areas that include picnic facilities with toilets and change areas nearby.

Barrier Free Access - Nancy Island Visitor Center, Barrier-free washrooms are located at Beach Areas 1, 2, and 6

Park Store - The Friends of Wasaga Beach operate the Treasure Chest Gift Store at Nancy Island Historic Site

Rentals - Cross country skis

Personal Floatation Devices (PFDs) are available through the ParkSmart PFD Loan Service. For a $25 refundable deposit, visitors can borrow a properly fitted PRD for themselves and their children. Available at the entrance to Beach areas 1 to 6 or at the Park Office.

Off Season
From late March to mid October, the park is open from 8:15 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. A second operating period runs from early December to late March. Outside these periods, the park is gated and vehicles are not permitted to enter.
